Ryan Tierney

Ryan is a graduate of West Virginia University and holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations. His primary backgrounds are in cultural resource management and healthcare administration.  A longtime Charleston and West Virginia resident Ryan sees the tremendous potential the state has for growth and opportunity and seeks to encourage and improve the business environment by continuing to provide premier landscape and grounds maintenance services to new and existing customers.

GEorge Bohach

George Bohach, General Manager Grounds Maintenance Division - gbohach@terracareinc.com
George has been in the green industry for over  37 years he began his career working in the Washington DC / Baltimore MD metro area for 6 years before arriving at Terracare in spring of 1989. His responsibilities include General manager of operations, sales and customer services in the ground maintenance department as well as assisting in business development and overseeing new landscape installation projects. other responsibilities include; safety director and pesticide recertification instructor for the company. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from WVU in Psychology and is an accredited certified West Virginia turf grass tree /shrub and interior plantscape pesticide licensed operator.

Elanor Gould Elanor Gould, Landscape Designer - 

Eleanor Gould is the newest Landscape Designer at TerraCare and graduated with a master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Virginia. She worked at Thomas Jefferson's Monticello from 2010-2018, beginning as a hands-on gardener and moving into her role as Curator of Gardens shortly after. In the Curator role she was involved with interpretation, programming, and leading the horticulture teams that managed the historic fruit, flower and vegetable gardens. She was selected as a Longwood Fellow in 2018, a unique 13-month leader-development program that focuses on refining skill levels of leaders within public horticulture. Shortly thereafter she became VP of Horticulture and Landscape at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, MA. She's excited to return to her home state of West Virginia to focus on ecological landscape design projects throughout the region.

Sarah Naegle Sarah Naegle, Landscape Designer  
Sarah Naegele is the new Landscape Designer at TerraCare. This past May, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture and a minor in Sustainable Design from West Virginia University. She interned with TerraCare for a summer during college and decided our company was a good way to start off her career.
Kevin Arnold Kevin J. Arnold, Founder - karnold@terracareinc.com
Kevin is a 1974 graduate of Penn State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Ornamental Horticulture. After serving as Director of Grounds for Glade Springs Land Company and Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC), he started Strategic Ventures, Inc., a landscape/grounds maintenance subsidiary for CAMC in 1981. After considerable success in the greater Charleston area, Kevin and Mary Price Ratrie purchased the company in 1986, renaming it TerraCare, Inc.
