 | George Bohach, General Manager Grounds Maintenance Division – gbohach@terracareinc.com George has been in the green industry for over 37 years he began his career working in the Washington DC / Baltimore MD metro area for 6 years before arriving at Terracare in spring of 1989. His responsibilities include General manager of operations, sales and customer services in the ground maintenance department as well as assisting in business development and overseeing new landscape installation projects. other responsibilities include; safety director and pesticide recertification instructor for the company. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from WVU in Psychology and is an accredited certified West Virginia turf grass tree /shrub and interior plantscape pesticide licensed operator. |
 | Heidi Shinkovich B.S., M.S. – heidi@terracareinc.comHeidi obtained her B.S. in Healthcare Administration from Fairmont State University and M.S. in Environmental, Safety & Health Management from the University of Findlay, in Findlay, OH. She was born & raised in Morgantown, WV and grew up on a beef & dairy farm which still operates as a vegetable garden with greenhouses & high-tunnels. She remains active in seasonal farmer markets coordinating with local farmers who produce the highest quality home-grown goods. Employed 15+ years at Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Heidi is excited to be a part of the TerraCare team. |
 | Kevin J. Arnold, Founder – karnold@terracareinc.com Kevin is a 1974 graduate of Penn State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Ornamental Horticulture. After serving as Director of Grounds for Glade Springs Land Company and Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC), he started Strategic Ventures, Inc., a landscape/grounds maintenance subsidiary for CAMC in 1981. After considerable success in the greater Charleston area, Kevin and Mary Price Ratrie purchased the company in 1986, renaming it TerraCare, Inc. |
