TerraCare, Inc. will warranty all trees and shrubs that we install for one year after the planting date. This warranty covers any plant that has been properly maintained. This warranty does not cover any plant that has been injured by negligence, animal, insect, or mechanical damage.

It also does not cover severe weather conditions such as drought, ice, wind, or hailstorm damage or unseasonal or extremely severe winter freezes.
